So last night I met with a trainer at my gym to discuss training options and my goals. I ended up signing up for a special Kettle Bells class twice a week.  Tonight is my first night.  I am excited to get more weights involved in my gym time, and am excited for a new kind of workout. This weekend can't come soon enough
This weekend is going to be about good friends, great times and delicious beer.  I seriously cannot wait.  Here is our Saturday itinerary: 1) Starr Hill Brewery 2) Blue Mountain Brewery 3) Wild Wolf Brewing Company 4) Devils Backbone Brewing Company  This weekend is the only thing keeping me going and driving me to the gym tonight.
